This is a great opportunity for an experienced book keeper that has the knowledge and has been waiting for a chance to learn administrative accounting and financial statements.

The office leaves earlier on Fridays during the summer! Essential Duties Posts Banking daily Post the reserves credits, funding, warranty credits.
Pay off cars, pay floorplan and floor cars.
Assists controller with the month end close.
Process cancellations Assists with outright purchases or customer payoffs Ensures that deposits, and deals are processed daily by the accounting associates.
Cleans schedules Assists with overflow of car deals to post Informs the sales department of irregularities in funding and payments.
Knowledge of deposits and accounts payable Reviews the general ledger and scheduled accounts.
Reviews the bank reconciliations for unreconciled items.
Prepares monthly sales tax return and quarterly sales tax.
Prepares sales commissions and month end commissions.
Maintains professional appearance.
Works well with others and communicates properly.
Our DMS is Reynolds and Reynolds, if you have experience with Reynolds, its a plus.
If you don't most associates have adapted to the system as it is very user friendly.
Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate has bookkeeping experience working for a car dealership.
