The ideal Candidate must be:
1.
Self-starting 2.
Mechanically inclined 3.
Willing to learn roll forming practices & setups 4.
Knowledgeable of manufacturing practices 5.
Capable of basic machine programming 6.
Able to Supervise a small line team 7.
Dedicated to Quality Knowledge of roll forming a plus but not required.
Position will lead to a supervisory position in the future for the correct candidate.
