They are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper on behalf of our client.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and preferably be familiar with QuickBooks Online.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including bank reconciliations, financial reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger balancing, and some month-end involvement.
Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactionsConduct financial reconciliation to verify and resolve any discrepanciesHandle accounts receivable and accounts payable functionsBalance the general ledger and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with month-end activities as neededCollaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industryQuickBooks Online is highly desiredSolid understanding of accounting principles and practices About the Company:
