Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors, software developers, and business stakeholders, to facilitate the successful implementation of third-party vendor applications and custom integrations.
Provide expert-level support for vendor applications and custom integrations, addressing technical issues, bugs, and ensuring smooth functionality.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to application performance, data integration, and user experience.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and work collaboratively to implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.
Participate in the testing and validation of vendor applications and integrations, ensuring they align with business requirements and function as intended.

Experience:

Proven experience in an application support role, managing applications in hybrid environments (AWS and on-premises) across Linux and Windows platforms.
Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, and AWS CloudWatch.
Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization tools.
Experience working with Oracle or other relational databases.
Basic understanding of multi-tiered web application architectures and cloud architectures.
