Position Overview:
The Sales Professional/Design Specialist Position is:
A-commissioned sales professional dedicated to assisting new and established customers select their ideal Home Furnishing needs. The successful Design Specialist/Sales Professional will listen intently to the customer needs, be knowledgeable of available product and industry trends, have a keen awareness of customer needs and be a resource in making customer's Home D cor visions a reality.
Opportunites:
On average our Sales Professionals earn between $40k-$60k
Top Sales Professionals earn an average of $80k annually
Our Sales Professionals have an Uncapped earning potential.
Commissions: Are paid bi-weekly
Performance Bonus: Starting at $500
Additional Monthly Performance Bonus: $500
Sign on Bonus: $1000

Requirements:
Proven sales experience in a commission based environment.
Two years proven retail experience desirable.
Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment.
Business to business sales experiences a plus.
Entrepreneurial and team oriented
Professional communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills, great listener.
Coachable and self-directed learner who is always willing to learn
High energy people person, relentless in pleasing the customer
Professional, driven, positive, resilient, and achievement-focused
Detailed, strong follow up and follow through; excellent time-management
Basic computer knowledge is required
Comprehend basic financial terms
Availability have a flexible work schedule - to work some evenings and all weekends, and special company events, to accommodate a full- time work schedule
